Stellar Leuna is a Hong Kong-born artist and illustrator based in Sydney, Australia. Through her careful ink brushwork, she contrasts her love of comics and counterculture with the ideologies and aesthetics of 19th century romanticism to explore what it means to “belong” in the world. Starting out self-publishing her own art zines and designing merch for bands and local streetwear labels, her artistic practice has since expanded into animation and fashion, spawning collaboration with major fashion labels PRADA and Tiffany & Co.
Stellar Leuna has also collaborated with brands such as Netflix, Universal Music Group, Mambo, GQ, Jameson Whiskey, Harper’s Bazaar, Penguin Random House, Vans, SBS, Sydney Opera House, Frankie’s Pizza, The Galeries, Chameleon Studios and more.
